As TheInstallBrand approaches its 10th anniversary in 2026, it marks more than a business milestone. It signals a decade of creative conviction, disciplined craftsmanship, and steady evolution in an industry defined by rapid change and fierce competition. Founded by the Creative Direction of Funsho Adewale, Install has grown into a distinct fashion voice; one that balances innovation with timeless design, and originality with cultural relevance, earning loyalty across local and international markets.

Ten years on, TheInstallBrand stands as proof that clarity of vision and consistency of purpose can outlast trends. From its early beginnings, the brand has been shaped by an insistence on quality and a refusal to dilute its creative identity. That commitment has translated into a body of work that feels intentional, personal, and unmistakably original.

“At the core, I am Funsho Install, and that identity is the foundation of everything I create,” Adewale says. “My work is driven by love, sincerity, and an unwavering commitment to originality. Each idea is carefully crafted to stand apart, never common, never easily accessible. Our growth has come from moving beyond customer satisfaction to creating pieces that feel personal, considered, and truly distinctive.”

Built on a vision of excellence the brand has evolved from a modest creative pursuit into a recognised fashion brand known for its strong design language and attention to detail. The ten-year milestone reflects resilience and adaptability, but also affirms the enduring relevance of a creative voice that has remained true to itself while responding thoughtfully to an ever-shifting fashion landscape.

For the founder, fashion is inseparable from identity and lived experience. It is a medium through which stories are told of heritage, individuality, and intention. “Fashion and lifestyle express who we are, where we come from, and how we choose to show up in the world,” he explains. “This philosophy has sharpened our direction. Every design reflects authenticity, purpose, and a refined sense of individuality. Fashion is not just what you wear; it’s how you live.”

Over the past decade, several defining moments have shaped Install’s trajectory and cultural footprint. Adewale points to styling Big Brother Naija for two consecutive years, as well as collaborations with leading artists such as Omah Lay, Falz, TY Bello, and Buju. His work within the Yoruba film industry, including projects with Jide Awobona, further expanded the brand’s reach and cultural resonance.

“These experiences strengthened our visibility and credibility,” he notes. “They positioned Install as a brand that is locally rooted yet globally recognised. And while we are proud of how far we’ve come, this is only the beginning.”

Beyond high-profile placements, Install has cultivated a strong, youth-driven community, one defined by connection and shared identity. Today, those who wear the brand often recognise one another instantly, united by a sense of belonging that extends beyond clothing. As Install prepares to celebrate a decade of impact, the anniversary serves both as a reflection and a declaration. With a solid foundation built on creativity, consistency, and craftsmanship, the brand’s next chapter promises deeper innovation and a continued commitment to shaping the fashion narrative with purpose, confidence, and excellence.
