Nollywood actress and producer, Ibinabo Fiberesima has said that the culprit behind an unauthorised transfer of N1.5 million from her bank account has been identified.
“I found the culprit,” Fiberesima disclosed in a terse response to this reporter’s message seeking information about the incident on Tuesday.
On Monday, the actress took to her verified Facebook page to raise the alarm over a N1.5 million unauthorised debit from her Access Bank account.
She disclosed that the bank informed her that the transaction was initiated from a Moniepoint Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal.
“Access Bank please tell me the Moniepoint POS that collected the money,” the actress pleaded.
“The transaction does not have time it has only date. Access Bank explian what happened to my money,” she added.
Fiberesima berated the bank for approving such transaction without any recourse to her.
“Access Bank, if you know POS stores details of cards when used, why don’t you alert your customers? Pay me my money ooo,” she stated.
However, in an update on Tuesday, Fiberesima disclosed that she got her money bank.
“I have received my money from @accessbank. Thank you everyone,” she stated.
Providing more updates about the incident, Fiberesima suggested that her most trusted people orchestrated it but failed to name those behind her ordeal.
The actress said, “I was HIT By my MOST TRUSTED PEOPLE.”
“This Life, TRUST NO ONE,” she added.
