Fast-rising Afro RnB singer Jainy Amarachi Offei, better known as Jainy, is rewriting her narrative and reclaiming her space in the music industry. At just 20 years old, this Ghana-based artist of Nigerian-Ghanaian heritage has signed a new management deal with Tripoint Talent Management, setting the stage for a bold entry into the Nigerian music scene.

A student at Methodist University in Ghana, Jainy first captured attention during a freestyle performance on a popular reality show. Her rich vocals and magnetic presence sparked viral buzz online, with many comparing her to industry stars like Ayra Starr.

However, while the spotlight found her, the darker side of the industry wasn’t far behind.

During the show, Jainy shared a troubling encounter with a male figure in the industry who promised her fame on his terms. He claimed to have connections to a well-known Nigerian artist and suggested that to succeed, she might have to “play her way to the top,” citing examples like Nicki Minaj and Tiwa Savage. He dangled offers of a record deal, an apartment, a passport, a UK tour, and a debut performance in Abuja—none of which ever materialized.

But that chapter, she says, is behind her. With Tripoint Talent Management now guiding her career, Jainy is stepping forward with renewed confidence and a clear artistic vision.

“I’m grateful to be working with a team that sees me not as a pawn, but as an artist with a vision,” she stated.

Drawing from her personal experiences of resilience and feminine strength, Jainy’s music blends Afro RnB with heartfelt lyrics that reflect both struggle and hope. Her debut single is scheduled for release on May 25, with performances planned in Lagos and Accra as part of the rollout.
