A new and innovative real estate company, Just10homes, has officially launched in Nigeria, promising to redefine the sector by not just offering accommodation, but also building and purchasing homes for clients.
The company is founded by Osuoha Destiny Prince, popularly known as Mazi Okeke; a multi-talented entrepreneur, content creator, comedian, and artist from Abia State.
According to a statement personally signed by Mazi Okeke to announce the company’s debut, Just10homes aims to fill the existing vacuum in Nigeria’s real estate market by offering trusted, seamless, and tailored services to customers looking to build or acquire property.
“This is not your typical real estate company. At Just10homes, we specialise in purchasing verified properties for clients and building quality homes that meet modern standards.
“Our goal is to provide people with the best real estate experience available,” Okeke said.
Okeke, who studied Biotechnology at Ebonyi State University, is known for his vibrant presence in the creative industry.
He stated that his passion for the arts started early in life.
“I’ve always been involved in drama, right from my school days. I would come up with concepts and collaborate with friends.
“I didn’t even realise content creation could be profitable until people like Tunde Ednut began reposting my videos, thanks to Sexy Steel, who helped share them,” he said.
On his entrepreneurial journey, Mazi Okeke declared his big vision: “I will be a billionaire before I turn 40.”
He believes launching Just10homes is a significant step toward that ambition.
“My inspiration comes from real-life situations. Whether it’s through comedy or business, I want to solve problems; and real estate is one of the biggest needs we can address today,” Okeke added.
With Just10homes, Okeke is leveraging his influence and creativity to bring innovation and trust to Nigeria’s booming yet challenging real estate market.
The company is already positioning itself as a game-changer for Nigerians looking for reliable property solutions.
