A fresh initiative aimed at democratising mentorship and fostering idea-sharing is set to debut in Nigeria, as journalist and brand strategist, Ikem Okuhu, unveils C-Suite Café, a talk show tailored for the African media landscape.

True to its name, C-Suite Café is a refreshing, conversation-driven platform that brings together Africa’s top business and policy leaders for insightful discussions in a relaxed, café-style setting. The show promises to inspire, educate, and motivate by showcasing engaging and authentic conversations that highlight the minds behind successful ventures and transformative leadership across the continent. Produced in partnership with Media Icons Africa, a leading broadcast content services company, C-Suite Café aims to bring viewers closer to Africa’s most accomplished leaders—sharing their journeys, philosophies, and the lessons they’ve learned, in order to cultivate a culture of enterprise, innovation, and visionary leadership throughout Africa and beyond.

According to Ikem Okuhu, Chief Executive of BRANDish Media, the concept was born out of a desire to unlock and share the deep reservoirs of knowledge driving Africa’s business and policy successes. “C-Suite Café was envisioned to tap and spread the knowledge behind successful enterprises, investments, and policy initiatives,” Okuhu explained. Describing the programme as a lifestyle show for African executives, Okuhu noted that it offers a rare opportunity for aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs to gain practical, high-level insights from the continent’s finest minds.

“The programme will present to Africans an opportunity to earn free MBAs by listening to, and immersing themselves in the strategic thinking and business ethos of successful Africans,” he said.

Each episode of C-Suite Café will explore the personal and professional journeys of guest CEOs—delving into their educational background, career trajectories, family life, business philosophies, defining challenges, and the pivotal moments that shaped their paths to success.

On the strategic collaboration with Media Icons Africa, led by renowned producer John Upah, Okuhu expressed confidence in the show’s production quality and international appeal:

“C-Suite Café hopes to leverage the company’s expertise in broadcast content production in order to give Africans top-quality content that will compete with the best in the world,” he said.

With C-Suite Café, Africa’s emerging and established leaders alike are offered a unique space to share wisdom, while viewers gain powerful tools to grow, lead, and transform their own futures.
