Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has been urged to exercise caution about what and where he eats.

This comes amid the controversy surrounding Chelsea winger, Mykhailo Mudryk, who was recently charged by the English FA after testing positive for a prohibited substance, meldonium.

The Ukrainian, who has maintained his innocence, faces a four-year ban if found guilty.

An IT expert and football enthusiast, Roberta Edu urged Osimhen not to eat indiscriminately to avoid a similar situation.

Her advice comes after footage emerged of the Napoli striker visiting and dining in the home of a famous media personality.

Edu said, “Victor Osimhen, you need to be more cautious about where and what you eat. You’re not just a footballer, you’re a brand, a powerhouse with global impact, bringing pride and respect to Nigeria.

“I’ve never seen someone like Cristiano Ronaldo casually eating in people’s houses back in Portugal.

“As someone of your stature, you should treat your body like your business, because it is.

“Please stop eating outside your team’s approved meals. It’s entirely possible to visit people without accepting food.

“This country has weak regulatory systems, and you can’t take unnecessary risks.

“I don’t want to hear anything about a positive test result for banned substances.”

She stated that the doping case involving French World Cup winner, Paul Pogba must serve as a cautionary tale to Osimhen.

“Your meals should be managed strictly by your professional nutrition team. If you need black soup, they should cook it, at every time and any place you’re visiting,” Edu stated.
