The Miss Luxury Foundation, a corporate social responsibility arm of Capital Luxury Group, has announced the official opening of applications for the inaugural Miss Luxury Pageantry. This initiative responds to the urgent need for spaces where African women and girls can find strength, dignity, and a platform to advocate for change.

Guided by the theme “Empower-Her-Voice: Breaking Chains, Building Futures,” the pageant goes beyond crowns or titles. It is about empowering women to reclaim their stories, challenge systemic barriers, and become advocates for themselves and their communities.

Dr. Edidiong Udoidiong, CEO of Capital Luxury Group and founder of the Miss Luxury Foundation, reflects on the deeper purpose of the pageantry:

“I’ve always believed that business and art should serve the people, especially the broken, the unheard, and the vulnerable. This pageant is an extension of that belief. It’s a call to young women to rise above pain, silence, and limitation. To step boldly into their power and lead change not just for themselves, but for generations to come.”

The pageant welcomes Nigerian women aged 18 to 28 who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, advocacy, and community impact. Beyond physical beauty, candidates will be equipped with mentorship, education, and the tools to become authentic voices for social justice. This initiative offers four distinguished titles: Miss Luxury (Queen), Miss Humanitarian, Miss Migration, and Face of Renewed Hope — each reflecting a unique dimension of empowerment and advocacy.

The grand finale will be held on November 25, 2025, at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos.

Solomon Akeh, Project Manager for Miss Luxury Foundation, emphasises the platform’s transformative intent:
“Miss Luxury is about creating a sisterhood rooted in empathy, courage, and purpose. We seek women who understand that true beauty is found in action — in speaking up, lifting others, and shaping a future where equality is a reality, not a dream.”

The organisers stated that interested candidates can apply via the official website by submitting a personal statement alongside their application.

The Miss Luxury Pageantry has secured key partnerships with the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI), as well as endorsements from several State Governments. These collaborations underscore the pageant’s commitment to social responsibility and broad-based impact.

Further support from notable NGOs such as MercyMe Foundation and Emebest Foundation, alongside corporate collaborators including Akon Lighting Africa (ALA), the Global Wealth Forum (GWF), among many others reinforces the pageant’s vision to foster empowerment, education, and advocacy for women.
