ERCAAN 2025 conference to unlock new real

The national body of the Estate Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) has unveiled the logo and theme of her 2025 International Conference and Exhibition.

The event took place at the body’s zonal secretariat in Lagos on July 24, 2025.

The National President of the Association, Mr. Godwin Alenkhe, who doubles as the chief host, commended the Conference Planning committee headed by Godwin Demech for choosing an inspirational theme that addresses the totality of real estate advancement for the year and beyond.

He stated that the theme: “Navigating Nigeria’s Real Estate climate, Prospects and Challenges”, is timely for the sector’s survival.  On his part, the Chairman Conference Planning Committee, Mr. Godwin Demech stated that with the success of last year’s conference and the interest of members, his committee is set to organize one of the greatest Conferences in the history of the Association.

He informed the gathering that the event would be held on November 27, 2025 at Adeyemi Bero Auditorium with important dignitaries Like the Governor of Lagos Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu and some Governors of Southwest states as special invitees.

The President unveiled CEO of WoodPecker International Hotel Mr. Charlse Nworgu thanked the Association for the opportunity to unveil the logo. With him are other Corporate Partners like; Mr. Sabastine ONYEWE, CEO of Property Plus, Mrs. Maria Ovuson, CEO of OCIMU Properties, Mr. Ayo Alade CEO, of Ayo Alade Villa, representatives of The Alternative Bank and AGPGC PROPERTIES (USA) and other important dignitaries. The invitees donated towards the successful hosting of the event.
