Why I lied about being 21 – Koyin

Koyin, one of the housemates of the Big Brother Naija 10/10 edition, has revealed why he lied about his age.

Koyin gave viewers of the popular reality show the impression that he was the youngest in the house when he said he was 21 during the premiere.

But in a confession to fellow housemate Gigi Jasmine on Friday, Koyin admitted that he is actually 25, and that he lied because of his modelling career.

“I am 25 years old and not 21 years old. I had to reduce my age because of modelling,” he said.

Responding, Gigi commended him for having emotional intelligence.

“You have some high level of emotional intelligence, which I appreciate a lot,” she replied.
