Author and philanthropist Abosede Shafe has released a new children’s book, ‘Amazing Me, Yes I Can!,’ which is already drawing attention for its inspiring message and the social movement tied to its launch.

The book encourages children to believe in themselves while instilling strong character values. More than a literary effort, it is part of Shafe’s broader mission to support education through her non-profit, the Oliviarose Initiative.

Central to this effort is the foundation’s “Adopt A Child Educational Initiative,” which provides underprivileged schoolchildren with essential learning tools, including books, uniforms, and classroom resources. Each purchase of Amazing Me, Yes I Can! directly funds the program, ensuring that more children gain access to quality education.

Shafe’s approach to philanthropy is practical and purpose-driven. Beyond her work in literature and education, she has made significant contributions in media and culture. She serves as Project Manager and Media Relations for African Fashion Week Nigeria and leads youth empowerment initiatives as Project Manager of the Osun Creative SDG Forum.

Her ability to connect media, fashion, art, and social impact has earned her recognition on the GLG PR Power List 2025: Rising Voices, a distinction supported by The Guardian.
