Gov. Alia hails Vice President Shettima at 59 |

The Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, has hailed Vice President Kashim Shettima as he turns 59 on Tuesday (today).

The governor spoke in a personally penned tribute made available to newsmen in the early hours of Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Tersoo Kula.

Alia wrote in the tribute: “On behalf of the government and good people of Benue State, I warmly felicitate with His Excellency, Senator Kashim Shettima, Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the joyous occasion of his 59th birthday.

“On this special day, I pray that God blesses you with renewed strength, wisdom, and good health to continue serving our dear country. May your years ahead be filled with greater accomplishments and fulfillment.

“This is because, your life and service are a shining testimony of resilience, courage, and devotion to our nation.
