The buzz around Blinkz Cruiz’s newly released EP, “Sounds from the East Side” is gathering momentum so much and now it has earned a significant nod of approval from popular comedian and content creator, The Cute Abiola.
At a private listening session organized by ECOWAS Youth Ambassador, Opeyemi Ashipa, who is the director of Ashipa Network, The Cute Abiola commended the project, describing it as “a unique sound fit for today’s music market.” He singled out ‘Heaven’s Gate’ as his personal favorite, noting its emotional depth and exceptional delivery.
The strategic session was part of Ashipa Network’s ongoing effort to amplify Blinkz Cruiz’s visibility in the competitive music scene. Ambassador Ashipa called further revealed plans to connect Blinkz with Afrobeats legend Wande Coal, in honour of the track “Wande Coal” from the EP, which was named after the veteran singer.
For Blinkz Cruiz who hails from Imo State, the rising wave of support has been both inspiring and humbling. “This is just the beginning. The feedback so far has been overwhelming and I’m motivated to keep pushing my sound to more listeners across Nigeria and beyond. Nna ehn, I’m so happy,” he said.
