Nigeria’s award-winning fashion designer, Omoniyi Makun, widely celebrated as Yomi Casual, has unveiled his latest menswear vision: Ravaya – The Art of Bold Print to high acclaim.
Renowned for redefining menswear, Yomi Casual’s bold aesthetic has adorned Africa’s most prominent figures, blending innovation, confidence, and a steadfast commitment to masculine expression, but his new collection, Ravaya, due to be launched on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, is an enthralling unisex collection.

Yomi Casual described the unisex collection as one built on a philosophy of elegance, where every fabric—sourced from one of Turkey’s premier textile houses—embodies precision, artistry, and poise. “This is not merely about prints,” he explained. “It is about embodying power, pride, and personality.”

In his words: “The designs challenge convention. Boldness, often mistaken for extravagance, is, here, refined and controlled. Each print conveys authority, each texture commands attention. Ravaya is for men as well as women who step into rooms to be seen, not hidden; for fashion-conscious individuals whose style asserts their identity as unmistakably as their presence.”
The campaign, orchestrated by Yomi Visuals with Fabjewels, brings this vision to life through imagery as vivid and commanding as the clothing itself, with each shot underscoring depth, confidence, and the audacity of bold design.

By bridging African creativity with global craftsmanship, Ravaya stakes its claim in the contemporary fashion landscape. Available from September 2025 via www.yomicasual.africa and selected retailers, the collection marks another milestone in Yomi Casual’s trailblazing career.
“In the end, fashion tells stories,” Yomi concluded. “Ravaya tells the story of fearless personality – men, women who lead, whose very presence lingers in memory.”
