David Umahi’s brother marries Ebonyi governor’s sister + Photos |

Silas Umahi, the brother of the Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, has married Cynthia Rebecca Nwifuru, the sister of the Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru.

It took place at the palace of King Ezekiel Nwifuru Nwakpu, Oferekpe Agbaja, in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State on Saturday.

The Minister of Works disclosed this on Saturday in a post accompanied by photographs on his Facebook page.

The wedding of Umahi and Nwifuru took place on Saturday at a well attended and colourful ceremony.

Umahi wrote: “Yesterday, I attended the traditional wedding of Engr. Silas Umahi and Princess Rebecca Cynthia Nwifuru at the palace of His Royal Highness Ezekiel Nwifuru Nwakpu, Oferekpe Agbaja, Izzi LGA.

“This marriage is truly an act of God.
