Oversabi Aunty film grosses over ₦380m in 11 days

The Nollywood film, Oversabi Aunty, produced by actress Toyin Abraham, has grossed over ₦380 million within just 11 days of its cinema release.

The box office figures were announced by FilmOne Entertainment in a post shared on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, where the company described the film’s run as an “Oversabi box office takeover.”

According to the post, Oversabi Aunty has earned ₦382,897,436 and counting, with verified figures recorded as of 3 pm on December 29, 2025. The update further revealed that the movie emerged as the second-highest-grossing film of the weekend.

FilmOne Entertainment also noted that the movie delivered Nollywood’s second-highest opening of 2025, reflecting its strong audience turnout across cinemas.

“Oversabi Aunty with an Oversabi box office takeover! World Best for a reason!!! Thank you, West Africa, for showing up big!” the post read.

FilmOne Entertainment added that audience support for the film has been overwhelming, describing the response as “unreal,” while encouraging movie lovers to continue watching the film in cinemas nationwide.

Oversabi Aunty features a cast that includes Mike Ezuruonye, Efe Irele, Dike Osinachi (Kidbaby), Toyin Abraham, Jemima Osunde, Adebowale Adedayo (Adedamee), and Enioluwa Adeoluwa, among others.
