The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Ghanaian referee Daniel Nii Ayi Larrea to officiate the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-final match between Nigeria and Morocco among other officials.
CAF confirmed the officials for the fixture scheduled for Wednesday at the Prince Moulay Abdallah Stadium in Rabat.
Larrea will be assisted by South Africa’s Zakhele Thusi Granville Siwela and Lesotho’s Souru Phatsoane, while Mozambique’s Arsenio Chadreque Maringule will serve as third assistant referee.


Rwanda’s Samuel Uwikunda has been named fourth official.
Video Assistant Referee duties will be handled by South Africa’s Abongile Tom, assisted by Tunisia’s Haythem Guirat and Kenya’s Stephen Onyango Yiembe.
Ethiopia’s Lidya Tafesse Abebe will act as referee assessor.
The semi-final is expected to be keenly contested as both sides battle for a spot in the final round.
Kick-off is set for 9pm Nigerian time.
