Veteran Nigerian singer Gabriel Oche Amanyi, better known as Terry G, has sent a message to those comparing him with his colleague, Portable.

Terry G, who ventured into the music industry in 2006, said that comparing him with the ‘Zazuu Zeh’ crooner is disrespectful and has stated why.

The comparison was made due to similarities in their personae and street-hop musical style.

In a short post on X, Terry G stated that the comparison is disrespectful because he has music that fans listen to a decade later.

“Comparing me to Portable is disrespectful because I actually have music people listen to 10 years later,” Terry G wrote.
