Award-winning producer and actress Ogboi Isioma Nancy steps into the spotlight with her latest project, “Bloody Tale,” a gripping drama that explores the realities of domestic violence and the haunting power of the past.

Ogboi Isioma Nancy, who both produced and starred in “Bloody Tale,” shared her motivation for taking on these dual roles: “When I read a script and the character challenges or scares me, that is my inspiration. I connected deeply with the role, and despite being the producer, I felt it was important for me to be a part of this project. Every actor finds that one role they truly connect with, and for me, this was it.”

Speaking about her experience working with renowned director Saheed Apanpa, Nancy described him as “a super talented director and filmmaker who pays serious attention to every detail. He ensures that everyone on set, from actors to crew members, feels supported.”

While the title “Bloody Tale” suggests intensity, Nancy emphasized that the film is more than just its name. “This movie addresses domestic violence in marriage. It’s filled with intrigue, secrecy, heartbreak, and betrayal. The audience will learn how the past can haunt us later in life and the importance of being cautious with the oaths we take.”

With “Bloody Tale” now out, Nancy is already working on her next project, “Love with Scar,” featuring Mofe Duncan and other talented actors. The film will premiere soon on Vomax TV on YouTube.
