The ‘African Giant’ is dead, killed by his people – Burna Boy

Grammy award-winning Afrobeats star Burna Boy has revealed that his ‘African Giant’ persona is dead.

Burna Boy took to the Instagram page of his upcoming album, ‘No Signs of Weakness’, to share the update.

According to him, the African Giant was killed by his own people, leading to the birth of ‘Big 7’, a new alter ego meant to protect what is left of the previous one.

The famous artiste added that he is still haunted by the African Giant.

“The ‘African Giant’ is dead. Burna Boy died. His own people killed him.

“Then ‘BIG 7’ was born to protect what was left of ‘Burna Boy’.

“BURNA BOY and BIG 7 fight each other a lot because while BIG 7 is only protecting the final and only existing piece of BURNA BOY’s broken heart, the ‘African Giant’ still haunts BURNA BOY,” the post reads.
