In a move to enhance Nigeria’s business climate, the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) has announced a nationwide tour set to commence on June 23, 2025.

This ambitious initiative aims to drive reforms that will simplify business operations across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The tour, which will run through mid-July, is designed to engage stakeholders directly through technical sessions and town hall meetings.

The meetings will provide a crucial platform for businesses, investors, and the general public to interact with government officials, exchange experiences, and propose actionable reforms to dismantle barriers to business growth, according to a statement by Director General of PEBEC, Zahrah Mustapha-Audu.

She emphasised the importance of the tour in fostering a more conducive business environment, stating: “Our goal is to create an enabling environment that attracts investment and drives sustainable economic growth across Nigeria. By engaging directly with stakeholders in every state, we can identify challenges on the ground and collaboratively develop solutions that make doing business easier for everyone.”
