Nkechi Blessing Sunday, a well-known Nollywood star, has described how she narrowly avoided injury when a section of the POP ceiling at her Lekki home suddenly collapsed.
In a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday, the actress said she was shocked by the incident and that the ceiling dropped dangerously near her newly purchased vehicle.
“Come to Lekki they said. Thank God it didn’t fall inside the house and my new car wasn’t parked there.
What would I have said? It’s well with una Lekki developers,” she lamented.
The actress added that she had never encountered such an experience before.
Nkechi is not the only celebrity to experience a ceiling collapse. Skit maker Zicsaloma had his POP crash in 2024 shortly after hosting guests.
