Controversial singer, Badmus Abeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, was released on bail on Tuesday.

It was discovered that Portable shaved his multicoloured hair before being released.

Saheed Osupa, who was in Ilorin for the case, withdrew the petition against him, prompting his release.

Official sources at the Oke-Kura correctional centre in Ilorin informed newsmen that Portable was freed around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday after the authorities changed his bail terms.

Two of his wives were present when he was released by prison staff from the Oke-Kura correctional centre.

Portable was detained on Saturday in Abeokuta, Ogun State, and taken to Ilorin by Kwara State Police Command agents for suspected criminal intimidation, defamation, and a threat against Saheed Osupa’s life.
