Award-winning Nigerian singer and songwriter, Wizard Chan, has officially announced the release date of his debut album titled Healers Chapel, slated to drop on September 3, 2025.

The highly anticipated project is expected to be his most definitive work yet, capturing the depth, versatility, and artistic message that have become synonymous with his music.

Since breaking into the mainstream with the critically acclaimed single Earth Song, which earned him the Headies Award for Best Alternative Song, Wizard Chan has continued to solidify his place as a unique voice in Nigeria’s music landscape. Blending elements of reggae, hip hop, and his Ijaw heritage, the artist is widely recognised for his genre-bending sound and powerful storytelling.

Following the success of his debut project, The Messenger, and the follow-up, The Time Traveller, Wizard Chan has become one of the most sought-after voices in the country’s music industry. His upcoming album, Healers Chapel, is poised to further cement that status.

According to the artist, the new album will deliver “breathtaking music” across a spectrum of sounds, with lyrics rooted in vulnerability and self-discovery.

The project aims to offer listeners a musical journey toward healing, peace, and meaning.

“Healing is personal. This album is my way of sharing my journey and encouraging others to find solace and beauty on their own,” he said.

In the build-up to the album, Wizard Chan recently released Oliver, a vibrant single that fuses Gyration and Drill genres to express his relentless pursuit of success.

Healers Chapel is already being hailed as a top contender for Album of the Year, with fans and critics alike eagerly awaiting its official release.
