“When you understand your audience, your response becomes more precise and impactful. It reduces misunderstandings and builds trust, which is essential for delivering results,” she explained.

“Leadership is deeply connected to communication. You cannot lead effectively if people do not understand the vision or their role within it. My PR background has helped me simplify complex ideas and bring people together around shared goals,” she said.
