Super Eagles arrive South Africa without Osimhen |

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have arrived in South Africa without striker Victor Osimhen for the must win World Cup qualification encounter against the Bafana Bafana.

The Eagle Online learnt that the team arrived in Bloemfontein, the venue of the encounter on Tuesday, less than an hour ago without the injured striker.

Osimhen got injured in the match on Friday against the Amavubi of Rwanda in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital.

He was replaced in the 37th minute of the encounter by Cyril Dessers.

The Super Eagles won the match by a lone goal scored by Tolu Arokodare.

As earlier reported by The Eagle Online, the Team Doctor ruled out Osimhen from the encounter in South Africa on Sunday morning after discovering the injury spot had swollen.
