Biafra: Supreme Court okay request to file more grounds in appeal against Nnamdi Kanu
Di Supreme Court on Thursday allow di Federal Government make dem file additional nine grounds for di appeal against Nnamdi Kanu, leader of di Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB. And after everything, di apex court adjourn di Kanu matter.
A five-man panel wey dey led by Justice John Okoro of di Supreme Court okay di Federal Government appeal against di Court of Appeal. Meanwhile court of appeal bin don discharge and forgive Kanu.
Di court grant di permission as dem dey rule on motion for leave move by di counsel of di Nigerian Government, Tijani Gazali.

Also, di Justice Okoro-led panel follow grant leave to di Federal Government to include di additional nine grounds as part of di amended notice of appeal dated October 28 2022.
Kanu lawyer, Mike Ozekhome inform di court about some motions wey hin client file. Also, hin including one wey hin pray to relocate to Kuje prison from di facility of di Department of State Services, DSS.
Ozekhome claim say Kanu no well and hin need proper medical attention, wey, hin believe hin client go fit access for di Kuje prison.
After di hearing, di apex court don adjourn Kanu matter till May 11.
