Di Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) don award scholarships wey hin don put money well well for 39 Nigerian youths with opportunity for dem to work for Japanese companies and dem go bring the thing wey dey learn come develop Nigeria.
Mr Matsunaga Kazuyoshi, wey be Japanese Ambassador to Nigeria, and Mr Yuzurio Susumu, JICA’s country representative to Nigeria, announce am on Thursday for Abuja when dem dey do the sendforth of the beneficiaries.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports say the 39 students go benefit from three different programmes, including Africa Business Education Initiative and SDGs Global Leader Programme.
The third programme dey on Partnership for Building Resilience against Public Health Emergencies through Advanced Research and Education (PREPARE).
Matsunaga tok say the initiative dey find how dem go strengthen the Japanese-Nigerian universities and to make sure say Nigeria develop across all sectors.

“Japan and Nigeria get trade volume every year of nearly 1 billion US dollars, but I feel say better thing go come out if plenty Japanese companies dey here.
“To invest and collaborate with other governments and UN agencies to help Nigeria to develop more.
“We get plenty Japanese companies with plenty technologies but the problem be say dem no know anything about Nigeria because the news media just release Boko Haram and how many people dey don kidnapped.
“But di time wey dem post me come Nigeria, I see say better thing fit come out from Naija, so my role na to promote more so that I go know say Nigeria dey attractive and I go let Japanese companies know more opportunities so that dem go come Nigeria.
