Tribunal don grant Bauchi APC guber candidate leave to inspect election materials
Di Bauchi State Governorship, National and State House of Assembly Elections Petition Tribunal, wey dey for Bauchi, on Thursday, grant leave to di All Progressives Congress (APC) and dia gubernatorial candidate for di March 18 election, Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar (retd) to inspect sensitive materials wey Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) use for di governorship election for di state.
Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of di Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) bin dey declared winner of di governorship election for di state by INEC on March 20. Dis na as hin poll 525,280 against di 432,272 votes garnered by di APC candidate.
As hin no dey satisfied with di outcome, di party and dia candidate approach di tribunal to challenge di result. Also, Governor Mohammed join PDP and INEC as respondents and Tribunal grant leave to di Bauchi candidate.

Ruling on an ex-parte application wey dey brought before di panel by di APC and Abubakar, di tribunal, led by Justice FN Azinge, hold say di application get merit. Hin yarn say e dey granted accordingly.
