BREAKING: Court don nullify Alex Otti candidature, all Labour Party candidate for Abia, Kano
One Federal High Court for Kano, wey dey overseen by Justice M N Yunusa don nullify di candidature of di Abia State Governor-elect Dr Alex Otti and all di candidates of di Labour Party for Abia and Kano States.
Di court rule say dia emergence no dey in compliance with di provisions of di 2022 electoral act.

Di Court for Suit No FHC/KN/CS/107/2023 filed by Mr Ibrahim Haruna Ibrahim against di Labour Party and di Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, rule say failure of the Labour Party to submit dia membership register to INEC within 30 days before dia primaries go renders di process invalid.
Also, di judge yarn say di party wey no omply with di provisions of di electoral act no fit be candidate for election and e no fit dey declared winner of an election.
