Lagos State Government don propose di construction of di Fourth Mainland Bridge project which is expected to be completed within four years
Di official kick-off for di construction of di project, wey bi turning of surd, will be done by Lagos State Governor, Bababjide Sanwo-Olu in di first quarter of 2023.

Lagos state government through di Office of Public-Private Partnerships on Thursday, announced Messrs CCECC-CRCCIG Consortium as di preferred bidder for construction of di bridge.
Eight roads– Lagos/Ibadan Expressway, Lagos/Abuja highway, Benin/Sagamu, and Igbogbo/Lagos na all dis road go link with di Fourth Mainland Bridge.
The project, is estimated to cost about $2.5 billion, the project is expected to be delivered through Public and Private Partnership initiative.
Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Private Partnerships, Mr. Ope George, and his counterpart for Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Engineer, Aramide Adeyoye, na dem disclose di new development on Friday, during one press briefing for Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
