Dis one follow di closure of cases by all parties wey bin dey involved in di petition filed by di candidate of di Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ladi Adebutu.
Also, Adebutu bin drag Governor Dapo Abiodun before di three-man tribunal. Hin claim say di governor no win di majority of votes cast during di March 18 governorship election.
Adebutu, for hin petition yarn say di Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) bin no comply with di provisions of di Electoral Act.
Also, Adebutu close hin case after hin call 94 witnesses and after hin tender thousands of documents as evidence for di tribunal.
Di first respondent, INEC no call any witness when dem open dia case.

To defend hin victory, Abiodun, wey be di second respondent, open hin case last week and hin call six witnesses against Adebutu, until Tuesday when hin close di case.

Among di witnesses wey testify in support of di APC na, Yemi Adelani, di APC State Collation Agent; Ifede Ifetayo, collation agent for Ikenne LG and Sulaiman Ayobami, wey be Sagamu LG agent.
