Okada ban: Okada riders don pack dia self go protest for Lagos State House.
Plenty people wey dey ride the motorcycle wey everybody know as Okada, don pack dia sef enta Lagos House as dem go for peaceful protest. Dem want make the state governor Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu reconsider the fresh ban wey e put for Okada movement for inside four local government and six local council development areas, effective from September 1, 2022.
The state government bin don ban Okada movement for six LGs and nine LCDAs, making a total of 10LGs and 15LCDAs for the month of May, early this year.
The protesters, wey come early this morning gather dia sef for the gate wey lead to the Lagos State House of Assembly Complex with police officers on duty around the place. The decision of government to ban okada for the areas wey e don affect now fit lead to a total ban for all the state by December. The Okada protesters talk say the decision no come for the right time because of the poor state of the Naija economy.
