Federal Govt Don Sues Abuja Property Developer For N11m Electricity Theft

Federal government don drag property developer, Mr Cecil Ezem Osakwe, before Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako of di Federal High Court wey dey Abuja over alleged N11m electricity theft.

For inside di charge, dem yarn say Osakwe tamper with electricity meters wey cause loss of N11m revenue to di federal government.

Dem yarn say na di officials of Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) na hin catch Osakwe for allegedly stealing electricity for various properties including hin  residence, 11, Aso Drive, Abuja.

According to di officials of the power company, di scale of electricity theft by Osakwe still dey under investigation.
