We happy to hear say dem go start larger Assemblies for January 7, 2023. No be say dem stop dia assemblies wey dem dey do every year, the Assemblies dey go on virtually through zoom and many other virtual platforms.
The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s witnesses don dey open for meeting since April 2022, only dia Assembly facility dey lockdown but from January 7 2023 all the assembly facilities go dey open for big gathering.
According to Jehovah’s witness talk talk person for Nigeria, Mr Olusegun Eroyemi, he yarn say arrangement don dey ground to ensure all delegate wey come for dia program to follow recommended safety protocols in all 23 Assembly Halls of Jehovah’s Witnesses wey dey Nigeria.
He had join am say, he know say “Jehovah’s Witnesses go happy well well say dem get opportunity again to join body again with their large Christian family for big Assembly after years of lockdown.
The virtual assemblies too make sense well well as Jehovah witnesses no lack rich spiritual food wey dem need especially during the pandemic when people no happy as covid-19 dey kill people for the whole world. However, nothing fit replace the one on one (in-person) gatherings.”

These assemblies go kick start this weekend of January 7 and 8, 2023, for 64 assemblies at various locations.
The assemblies go highlight two Bible-based themes that will teach everyone “How Friends of Peace dey Conquer Evil with the Good” and the assembly go also answer another question “Is Your Home a Place of Rest and Peace?” (Luke 10:6; Ephesians 4:3)
The theme of the Assembly be “Friends of Peace and Jehovah’s United Family”.
