Makeup wey too much for eyes fit cause blindness – Expert don give warning.

The National Chairman, Eye Health Committee for the Federal Ministry of Health, Professor Afekhide Omoti, don give warning against the application of too much makeup around the eyes area to avoid blindness.

Omoti even advise women make dem remove makeup around dia eyes before dem go bed go sleep.

Omoti yarn this matter for the event wey FMoH organise, the Ministry of Transportation and a non-governmental organisation, the Sightsavers Nigeria, in commemoration of the 2022 World Sight Day with the theme, “Love Your Eyes.”

The WSD, wey people dey celebrate for second Thursday of October, na global event wey go draw attention on blindness and vision impairment.
