Politicians dey buy PVCs from voters, INEC don raise alarm


Di Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, don raise alarm say some politicians dey buy Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, and dem dey use money dey bribe unsuspecting voters so that dem go get their Voter Identification Numbers.
