Subsidy: NLC, TUC don suspend strike
Di Organised Labour wey dey made up of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and di Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, TUC, yesterday agree to suspend di strike wey dem plan to start tomorrow to enable further negotiations with di Federal Government.
Also, dis na part of di resolution wey dem reach at di end of di meeting late yesterday evening.

Di meeting wey dem hold on Monday bin dey attended and signed by Mr Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to the President; Festus Osifo, President, TUC; Nuhu Torò, Secretary General, TUC; Joseph Ajaero, President, NLC; Emmanuel Ugboaja mni, General Secretary, NLC and Ms Kachollom S. Daju, Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment.
According to di Negotiating Committee, di Federal Government, di TUC and di NLC go establish joint committee to review di proposal for any wage increase or award and establish a framework and timeline for implementation.
