According to di results wey di Chairman of di Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Mahmood Yakubu read out, Tinubu poll total of 8,794,726 to defeat hin closest rivals and candidates of di Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi of di Labour Party, LP wey scored 6,984, 520 and 6,101,533 respectively.
Rabiu Kwankwaso of di New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP, score 1,496,687, while di votes of di political parties put together na 666,298.
