Adamawa, Taraba, Benue, Niger, Nasarawa, Kebbi, Kogi, Edo, Delta, Anambra, Cross River, Rivers and Bayelsa. As hin dey talk am on September 19, he say make Nigerians expect overflow of Kainji, Shiroro and Jebba dams for Nigeria between that time till the end of October.
