Di Coalition of South East Youth Leaders, COSEYL, don raise concern over INEC delay to declare di rightful winners of Abia and Enugu states governorship elections.
A statement by di President General of di coalition, Goodluck Ibem, yarn say di winners of Saturday elections for di two states no fit change.
