Hackers allegedly steal N2.9bn from Flutterwave

Reports have am say illegally transfer of ₦2,949,557,867 happen from di accounts of African fintech unicorn, Flutterwave. From di look of things, na hackers allegedly steal di N2.9bn from Flutterwave

Di tech giant counsel, Albert Onimole, report di case to di Deputy Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Intelligence Department, Panti, Yaba, Techcabal report.

According to Onimole letter, di hack on Flutterwave accounts happen about some weeks ago and he reveal say di amount biu dey initially transferred to 28 accounts in 63 transactions.

According to Flutterwave, some commercial banks allow di money to dey moved to other accounts, and dat one dey widen di money trail.

Also, to investigate di accounts wey dey hold di stolen funds across various financial institutions for Nigeria, S.A. Adedesin, Legal Officer, State CID, Panti, Yaba, file suit for di Magistrate Court of Lagos to support Flutterwave claims.
