According to di latest update, di Lagos state government yarn say dem decide to release seized vehicles and dem forget di fine wey dey attach to such seizures because of di cash crunch wey don hit di kontri following di Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Naira redesign policy.
Lagos Commissioner for Transportation, Dr. Frederic Oladeinde, wey confan dis tori on Tuesday, March 7, yarn say di Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu don extend di palliative measures to ensuring say vehicles wey dem seize for minor traffic offenses dey return to dia owners. Also, make dem no pay any fine.

He yarn say if pipo look wetin di governor don propose, especially during di cash crunch period, dem don reduce public transport fare by 50%.
So when anybody go on BRTs and all di Lagos state funded public transport, including Lag Ride, di T- fare dey reduced by 50% just to alleviate di suffering of pipo.
