Obi don carry additional 188 exhibits come against Tinubu election

As Peter Obi dey try establish hin allegations of malpractices for di conduct of di February 25 presidential election, di Labour Party (LP) candidate for di last election, Peter Gregory Obi on Tuesday, tender additional 188 exhibits against di declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as winner of di election.

Di exhibits na mainly results sheets and reports wey di Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) use during di election. Obi, through Peter Afoba, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, tender forms EC40GPU, EC40G1 and reports wey dey prepared by di electoral body after di election.

A breakdown show say 45 EC40GPU forms bin dey tendered for 10 Local Government Areas of Niger State, 23 for seven Local Government Areas of Osun, 17 for three Local Government Areas of Edo State and 52 EC40GPU forms for five Local Government Areas of Sokoto were tendered.

Also, Obi tender 15 forms EC40G for 8 Local Government Areas of Osun State, 12 forms EC40G1 for 12 Local Government Areas of Edo, 15 forms EC40G for four Local Government Areas of Sokoto and 9 EC40G1 forms for two Local Government Areas of Sokoto.
