Delta: PDP guber candidate escape gunmen attack
Di gubernatorial candidate of di Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori according to report, hin escape “gunmen attack” along di Warri-Sapele highway.
According to wetin dey inside statement by hin Chief Press Secretary, Dennis Otu, di incident happened on Sunday.
Otu yarn say Oborevwori bin dey go Osubi from Sapele when di incident happen. Also, hin add saydem don report di matter to police for investigation.
“Di convoy of di Delta State PDP gubernatorial candidate , Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on Sunday, March 12, 2023, come under heavy attack from unknown gunmen between Elume junction and Okuabude in Okpe Local Government Area of di State,” Na wetin part of di statement read be dat.
Also, di statement add say Oborevwori survive di attack by di grace of God, and hin reveal say di man bin dey drive hin bullet proof car.
