Di Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Tuesday for Abuja reserve judgment for di petition of di Presidential candidate of di Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Abubakar Atiku wey want di nullification of di declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as winner of di February 25 presidential election.
Chairman of di Tribunal, Justice Simon Tsammani, as hin reserve judgment, yarn say dem go communicate di date of di delivery to parties wey dey di argument.
Di major petitioner, Atiku, ask di Tribunal make dem do better justice to hin petition and make dem no do technical judgment wey fit spoil di course of Justice.
Also, hin insist say make dem disqualify Tinubu on di strength of di American Court judgment where dem make am forfeit $460,000 on narcotics and money laundering-related offences.
