Remember say di University, according to a pressure group, Mezie Abia, bin increase school fees from about N120,000 to N500,000.
Di group claim say di increase na design by Prof Maxwell Onyemachi-led institution to deny poor students dia rights to education.
But Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for hin intervention, don order di immediate cancellation of di excess school fees regime wey di school management introduce.

Ikpeazu, wey give di order through a statement by hin Chief Press Secretary, Onyebuchi Ememanka, yarn say geometric increase in fees no dey acceptable to hin administration. Also, hin add say di children of di poor must get equal academic opportunities to access tertiary education.
