Marketers don give warning about petrol price increase
Oil marketers, on Thursday, don send serious warning to di public, dem yarn say make dem expect to buy petrol at ‘any price’.
Marketers, under di support of di Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, yarn say di Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited no gree give their members products. Dem yarn say dem buy am N205 from third parties.

Na wetin dem yarn be this: “NNPC no gree give us fuel. Na from third parties we dey buy and we fit sell am at any price. If di landing cost to our stations na N218 per litre, how much una expect us make we sell? So make di public expect fuel at any price, depending on di area,”.
Spokesperson for the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria, Clement Isong, yarn on Wednesday say di association don hold logistics meeting with the NNPC.
