The matter wey dey ground follow ASUU eight-month strike for 2022, when federal government talk say dem go apply ‘No Work, No Pay’ policy. NIC agree for government side say make ASUU no continue the strike until dem settle the main matter. But when ASUU members show for work back for November 2022, dem shock as government talk say dem go pay only half salary for 18 working days for October based on the ‘No Work, No Pay’ policy.

Based on the recent court ruling, ASUU UNN branch chairman, Comrade Nobert Oyibo Eze talk say government never reach out to the union about the eight months wey dem hold salary.
