Also, di Commissioner for Higher Education for di State, Dr Yusuf Kofarmata tok dis one on Monday as hin dey brief journalists for di Government House, Kano.

Hin still explain say dem conclude about di decision during di meeting between di heads of tertiary institutions and di Governor of di State, Alh Abba Kabir Yusuf.
