The Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Mele Kyari, talk this one on Tuesday for Abuja. He say Naija go stop to dey refine fuel by mid of 2023.

He say the combination of output from the Dangote Refinery, wey dey don plan to start next year, go help “stop any importation of petroleum products inside the country for the mid of 2023.”
